About the Role
  • We are seeking a highly skilled Information Security Consultant to provide technical expertise in designing and deploying secure Microsoft365 security service ownership, including cloud solutions related to Microsoft365.

The successful candidate will have 3+ years of relevant work experience in Cybersecurity and 5+ years in IT, with experience as a Cybersecurity engineer and familiarity with various technologies on premises/in the cloud as well as their security aspects, most importantly Microsoft365 security toolsets.

This role requires a deep understanding of Microsoft365 security solutions and topics, as well as relevant Industry Certifications such as SANS/GIAC, CompTIA Security+, CISSP, CISA, CISM or completed a study in the field of Computer Science.

We are looking for an analytical and methodical individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to address stakeholders of different backgrounds and technical expertise. The ideal candidate should be able to drive implementation, innovation, and continuous improvement for Healthineers' cybersecurity.

Responsibilities:

  • You will review existing security capabilities, changes in the digital business and threat landscape, define roadmap and strategy for security enhancements, and implement solutions.
  • You will develop and document security reference architectures, design patterns, roadmaps, and other architectural artifacts aligned with policies, standards, and industry best practices to leverage security capabilities and implement Information Security controls in projects and operations.
  • You will benchmark and select security products and deploy proofs of concept to decide the new security capabilities to be deployed.
  • You will participate in application and infrastructure projects to help define the security model and adopt and promote a security-by-design approach with the different project stakeholders on all levels.
  • You will work closely with peers and colleagues across Infrastructure, Cybersecurity Operations and Governance to ensure that implementation and operations are aligned with security standards and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in Cybersecurity and 5 years in IT with experience as a Cybersecurity engineer and familiarity with various technologies on premises/in the cloud as well as their security aspects, most importantly Microsoft365 security toolsets.
  • Deep knowledge regarding Microsoft365 security solutions and topics.
  • Relevant Industry Certifications such as SANS/GIAC, CompTIA Security+, CISSP, CISA, CISM or completed a study in the field of Computer Science.
  • Experience in project management and technology consulting.
  • Advanced English, communication, and negotiation skills: clear and concise communication; able to address stakeholders of different backgrounds and technical expertise.
