We are looking for an experienced Information Security Specialist to join our team at TN Poland.

About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the implementation of legal requirements and corporate policies related to information security and data privacy in our corporate IT worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compliance administration with information security requirements of the IT organization, including the maintenance of Information Security Concepts following internal regulations (based on ISO 27001).
  • Information security needs consulting and support for the IT organization worldwide, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations.
  • Internal audit support or performance to assess compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Information security and data protection awareness generation and provision to the IT organization worldwide.
  • Analysis and potential control derivation with international team members considering country-specific regulations updates & their impact on the organization.
What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you'll require:

  • A university degree in an IT-related field or relevant experience.
  • IT-business and information security knowledge.
  • Access and identity management expertise (authorization levels, groups, roles).
  • Application connectivity understanding (IT systems, applications, interfaces, API).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • International project collaboration experience.
  • Independence, flexibility, and autonomy.
  • Virtual team management experience.
  • Interest in IT-security, information security, and data protection.
  • ISO 27001, GDPR, and Audit knowledge.
  • Risk evaluation and mitigation balancing ability.
  • Simultaneous activity management skills.
  • Initiative and creativity in problem-solving.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Power Automate, Power Query, and PowerBI knowledge would be beneficial.
