Your Responsibilities

  • Administration
    • Ensure team members understand document workflow processes and know where to seek support.
    • Maintain efficient and smooth document workflow processes.
    • Process documents and secure signatures without delays.
    • Efficiently handle tasks even when absent.
    • Keep our People Directory up-to-date and accurate.
    • Adapt document processes to accommodate company growth.
    • Simplify onboarding for new employees, including contract selection and processing through Autenti.
    • Stay informed about updated HR regulations and labor laws from our lawyers (e.g., new remote work policies).
  • Travel
    • Ensure team members are familiar with travel organization processes.
    • Prevent logistics issues from hindering travel/event planning.
    • Provide a seamless travel/conference experience for the team.
    • Effortlessly manage tasks even when the POS is absent.
  • Benefits

    • Inform decisions with data-driven insights.
    • Gather opinions on provided benefits.
    • Help team members understand available benefits, usage guidelines, and deadlines.
  • Migration/Visa Process
    • Support team members through migration processes.
    • Prepare and maintain high-quality documents required for visa and migration procedures.

Requirements

  • Initial experience in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with Polish Labour Law and commitment to staying updated on changes.
  • Excellent communication skills – openly address problems as soon as they arise.
  • Precision and attention to detail: prepare impeccable documents, maintain organized Google Drive folders, and ensure the accuracy of employee databases.
  • Ownership: take responsibility for your areas and results.
  • Trustworthiness: deliver quality work, share problems honestly, and foster trust in your outcomes.
  • Willingness to innovate and learn from initiatives.
  • Collaborative mindset: prioritize teamwork and shared goals.
  • Experience with remote work: well-organized individual.
  • English language proficiency at B2 level.
  • Fluency in Polish.

What We Offer

  • A monthly salary range of 5800 - 7000 gross (employment contract) or 7000 - 8500 PLN net (B2B contract), subject to applicable taxes and social security contributions.
  • 26 days of paid holidays plus equivalent public holidays in Poland.

  • You will be fully responsible for contract signing processes with joiners and contractors.
