Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to join our Research & Development Procurement team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and overseeing the procurement of scientific research services, consulting services, as well as laboratory equipment and consumables.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing and Supplier Management: Participate in sourcing projects including biddings and negotiations, supplier selection, and contracting.
  • Project Management: Collaborate with R&D teams (scientists, engineers) to understand their needs and ensure timely procurement of required services and materials.
  • Cost Analysis: Assist in analyzing costs, data, and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
  • Contract Management: Manage the contract lifecycle, ensuring accurate procurement documentation.

About You:
We are looking for a talented individual with strong analytical skills, solid knowledge of Excel, and minimum 1 year of professional experience in administrative support in Procurement. Experience in Power BI or similar tools is an asset. If you are proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently, we encourage you to apply.
