Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Engineer to join our team at International Automotive Components. As a Quality Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality standards in our production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the project team to develop and implement quality control standards and procedures.

Lead the analysis of quality problems and develop corrective action plans.

Improve key quality indicators, including scrap costs, line rejections, and customer complaints.

Ensure quality oversight of dedicated products and processes.

Introduce and maintain quality tools and standards in the daily production environment.

Maintain quality documentation, including Control Plans, MSA Studies, and Control Instructions.

Provide quality training to production operators.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience working in the Quality Department in the automotive industry.

Master's degree in a technical field.

Excellent communication skills in English.

Knowledge of basic quality tools, including FMEA, PDCA, MSA, SPC, and PPAP.

Ability to define and coordinate corrective/preventive action plans.

Strong interpersonal communication skills.
