We are seeking an experienced Category Manager for our MRO team. As a key member of our procurement department, you will be responsible for managing the Source to Contract process for the EMEA region.

In this role, you will focus on developing and executing strategic category plans that drive cost savings and improve supplier performance. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and develop tailored solutions.

Your tasks will include:

  • Sourcing and contracting: Developing RFPs, evaluating bids, and negotiating contracts with suppliers.
  • Category planning: Conducting market research, analyzing data, and identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Supplier management: Building and maintaining relationships with key suppliers, monitoring their performance, and addressing any issues.

You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as maintaining accurate records and reports.
