To succeed as a Digitalization and Automation Executive, you will need strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a data-driven mindset, and proficiency in using advanced Excel tools. Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement digital solutions to enhance administrative processes, ensuring alignment with company goals and best practices.
  • Analyze current operational landscapes, tracking financial and performance KPIs, and developing strategies to improve efficiency and meet targets.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver digital projects, collaborating with team members to identify and document best-practice solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external service providers to support project delivery.
About You
  • A degree in business administration, management, industrial engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management within administrative or corporate service environments; familiarity with agile or hybrid project management methodologies is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset and proficiency in using advanced Excel tools.
  • Excellent communication skills in English to facilitate collaboration with international project partners.
