As our new General Manager, you will lead the overall management and strategic direction of the property, ensuring operational excellence and driving revenue growth.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the property team in achieving operational targets and maximizing profit.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Build a high-performing team through active recruitment and talent development.
  • Foster strong relationships within the local community and promote the hotel's brand essence.
  • Drive service culture and maintain product quality standards.
  • Promote the hotel's services and facilities to guests and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain positive owner relations and maximize performance.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a leadership role within a similar hotel brand or business.
  • Strong relational skills to build effective relationships.
  • Strategic thinking and creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to communicate effectively and inspire others.
  • Strong business acumen and commercial awareness.
  • Polish and English language proficiency.
