Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to manage our services for international clients in the technical industry. This role involves coordinating information flows between clients, candidates, employees, and internal departments, ensuring timely recruitment, communicating with employees, and overseeing compliance processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate client and candidate interactions
  • Ensure timely recruitment of suitable candidates
  • Communicate with recruited employees regarding onboarding and resolve ongoing issues
  • Oversee compliance processes
  • Collaborate with external payroll providers for accurate salary calculations
  • Collect and fulfill client orders
  • Manage personnel rotations and vacancies
  • Provide ongoing support and negotiate cooperation terms with clients
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Experience working on international projects
  • Knowledge of recruitment processes and a technical education background (ability to communicate effectively with technical specialists)
  • Valid driving license (Category B)
  • Proactive approach, initiative, and a strong desire for growth and development
  • Willingness to travel internationally (5-10 trips annually)

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is approximately £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
