Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accounting Specialist to join our team at ADM. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate financial records, preparing and processing vendor invoices, and ensuring timely payments.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Coding and analyzing vendor invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Processing invoices in a timely manner to meet company deadlines.
  • Maintaining payable aging to ensure that payments are up to date.
  • Responding to accounts payable inquiries and audit queries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Monitoring accounts to ensure that payments are up to date and that all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
  • Responding to ADM business inquiries on a daily basis, requiring effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Implementing improvements within the scope of accounting processes to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
  • Assisting with ad-hoc projects as needed to support the growth and development of the company.
  • Supporting the process of closing and reporting financial results to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Possessing strong accounting knowledge and experience in SSC or accounting.
  • Master degree in financial studies is preferred but not required.
  • Professional experience in accounting is essential, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent English language skills and very good communication skills.
  • Efficiently use of MS Office, particularly Excel, to manage and analyze data.
