What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Credit Manager to join our team at TN Poland.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills in English, and experience in multinational companies. They will also have a degree in Accounting, Business, or related field and 5+ years of experience in financial/accounting roles.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a team of analysts, developing their credit competencies.
  2. Act as primary contact for all credit-related inquiries within supported OU & LoB.
  3. Participate in commercial deal process to optimize business returns by providing commercial insights and advice.
  4. Manage customer assessments, establish risk ratings, and recommend appropriate credit terms.
  5. Develop and execute credit risk strategies aligned with business risk appetite.
  6. Proactively manage blocked orders/accounts and ensure business continuity.
  7. Oversee accurate and timely cash application and debt collection processes.
