About the Role

Andersen is seeking a highly motivated and organized Trainee Education Support to join its team. As a key member of our trainee department, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth and development of our employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and distribute assessments among laboratory assistants.
  • Record keeping of assessments.
  • Creating channels in Microsoft Teams.
  • Transferring results to the coordinator.
  • Creating and managing tickets in internal systems for tracking and resolving issues and problems.
  • Processing and responding to written inquiries from laboratory assistants and interviewers.

Requirements

  • Higher education.
  • Competent oral and written speech.
  • Attention to details, responsibility.
  • Ability to work in a multitasking environment and with a large amount of information.
  • Excellent communication skills, open-mindedness.
  • Experience with Google Docs.
  • Level of English – from Intermediate and above.
