About the Team

We are a dynamic and innovative team based in Barcelona, Spain. We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Marketing Campaign Specialist. As a Marketing Campaign Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives
  • Partner with clients to onboard and develop PPC campaigns
  • Be responsible for increasing spend, upselling, and sustainability
  • Handle a high volume of potential clients daily through phone calls
Requirements
  1. BA/BS degree or equivalent (MA/MSc degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or Communications can be a plus)
  2. Fluent German and high level of English
  3. 1-2 years minimum of work experience in sales and/or online advertising
  4. Strong desire to meet or exceed productivity, readiness, sustainability, and task points, compliance, and customer satisfaction targets
  5. Strong verbal and written communication skills to pitch on the phone and compose compelling proposals
  6. Good time management skills and ability to organize your day
  7. Strong analytical skills
  8. Client-focused, keen interest in customer interaction & ownership of business goals
  9. A team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
