As a Paid Social Manager at AirHelp, you will be responsible for developing and executing paid social media campaigns that drive growth and maximize results. This is a mid-level role that requires hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, and others.
Main Responsibilities:- Plan, execute, and manage paid social campaigns to align with AirHelp's marketing objectives.
- Own campaign performance by tracking key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, conversion rates, and cost-per-click to maximize efficiency.
- Optimize budgets and bids dynamically to improve return on investment and reduce unnecessary spend.
- A/B test creatives, audiences, placements, and messaging to drive performance improvements and uncover insights.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including the Organic Social Media Team, Content, Creative, and Analytics, to ensure alignment of paid strategies with broader marketing initiatives. Additionally, you will stay up-to-date with platform updates and industry trends, leveraging new ad formats, algorithm changes, and emerging opportunities.
