Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Order Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing incoming customer orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness for booking and allocation.

Main Duties:
  • Manage Orders: Efficiently handle incoming customer orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness for booking and allocation.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with Account Managers, Project Managers, and Product Managers to streamline order processing.
  • Verify Details: Ensure all components of customer orders are correctly listed and accounted for, including parts from factories and third-party suppliers.
  • Gather Information: Collect missing order information from sales specialists to ensure all necessary details are obtained.
  • Support Logistics: Assist in logistics activities to ensure timely delivery of equipment according to customer expectations.
