This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and work on challenging projects. As an AR Specialist, you will have the chance to develop your skills and expertise while working closely with our European structure.
You will be responsible for processing payments, credit notes, and refunds, resolving issues with transactions stuck in the AR system, uploading customer invoices, and coordinating with factoring agents. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Process payments, credit notes, and refunds
- Resolve issues with transactions stuck in the AR system
- Upload customer invoices and coordinate with factoring agents
- Verify facturing fees and ensure payment by the AP team
- Monitor overdue accounts and generate related reports
- Handle month-end closing tasks
- Track disputes, escalate to the appropriate team, and follow up until resolved
- Prepare write-off spreadsheets when approval is required
- Follow up with customers on outstanding payments and manage the dunning process
- Prepare weekly and monthly cash forecasting and management reports
- Provide backup support to other AR specialists across Europe
