About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Consultant to join our team at T Hub. As a key member of our consulting team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions to our clients, leveraging your expertise in SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM to drive business growth and transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage complex consulting projects, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations.
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to meet client needs, leveraging your expertise in SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and transformation, identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing change management strategies.
  • Provide thought leadership and guidance to junior team members, mentoring and coaching to ensure their success.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying your knowledge to drive business outcomes and improve client satisfaction.

Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in implementing SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM solutions for customers.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP cloud solution architecture for HCM and implementation and integration models for SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Familiarity with business processes related to SAP SuccessFactors and/or SAP HCM, including employee development, recruitment, evaluation, training, succession, compensation, HR, and payroll administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in English and German, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
