We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analytics Specialist to join our Group Internal Audit team in Warsaw, Poland. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for data analysis and audit.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have 2+ years of experience in internal or external audit and possess deep technical knowledge of using CAATs to deliver analytics for either internal or external audit. Advanced skills in SQL, Excel, and relational databases are essential, as well as moderate to good knowledge of additional analytics languages or software packages (R or Python).

Responsibilities
  • Data Quality Analysis: Identify and analyze data sets to ensure relevant data quality for audits.
  • Continuous Auditing Routines: Build continuous auditing routines to automate testing.
  • Audit Methodology Improvement: Propose improvements to audit methodology, including training to the team, related to data analytics.
  • Stakeholder Relationships: Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to stay informed on data initiatives.
  • Audit Findings and Insights: Summarize audit findings and data analysis results clearly to support decision-making and provide actionable insights.
Requirements
  • Strong Ethical Standards: High level of integrity and commitment to confidentiality, independence, and objectivity.
  • Communication Skills: Fluent in both verbal and written business English (C1 level) and Polish.
  • Critical Thinking: Strong logical reasoning and critical thinking skills, combined with the ability to articulate processes, applied logic, and outcomes in a clear manner that supports meaningful audit conclusions.
  • Business Acumen: Ability to quickly understand business needs and strategic direction to effectively approach data analysis for audit.
