Programmatic Campaign Manager

At GroupM, we're seeking a skilled Programmatic Senior Specialist to join our team in Poland. As a key member of our international team, you'll play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing programmatic campaigns across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage campaigns across DSP platforms, including DV360, TradeDesk, and Amazon DSP.
  • Implement and optimize programmatic campaigns to drive performance and achieve client objectives.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to ensure campaign success and alignment with client strategies.
  • Conduct thorough monitoring and analysis of campaign performance, utilizing data insights to inform optimization decisions.
  • Ensure accuracy and reliability of campaign reporting tools.
  • Produce comprehensive daily campaign reports, including pacing analysis and data inputting.
  • Provide valuable commentary and strategic recommendations to regional Media Activation teams to drive campaign success.
  • Support QA work of junior team members as the team grows.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing programmatic campaigns, with proficiency in platforms such as DV360 or equivalent.
  • Openness to learning new DSP platforms and technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills and a passion for deriving insights from data to inform optimization strategies.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to navigate evolving campaign goals and priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in English, Polish language knowledge, minimum at B1/B2 level.
  • Resides in one of the following cities: Warsaw, Krakow, or Poznan.
