- At least 3 years of experience in data analytics/business intelligence roles with similar scope of responsibilities
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and in writing); ability to communicate well with technical and non-technical people and identify and understand multiple stakeholders' perspectives and 'truths'
- Practical knowledge (developer level) of at least one BI technology: SAP BW4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, Microsoft Azure, Databricks, Power BI
- Knowledge of Enterprise-level systems, databases, and BW solutions
- An open mind to understand and build on the views of others
- Ability to work in teams and dedicate to a team
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technology solutions
