About JLL

We're a leading global provider of real estate and investment management services. Our Lease Administration team is responsible for centrally managing clients' leases to help them make strategic portfolio decisions, reduce costs, and identify opportunities to renegotiate lease terms and rates.

Job Purpose

The objective of this role is to maintain lease databases, obtain portfolio information, report to clients, and manage database and lease documents in clients' portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent analysis of commercial lease documents
  • Accurate abstraction of documents
  • Diligent data entry within indicated timeframe
  • Management of database and lease documents in clients' portfolios
  • Regular preparation, release, and updates of reports for clients
  • Administration tasks completion within deadlines

Requirements

  • Very good English and French or German
  • Any other European language would be an asset
  • Experience in data processing and analysis of formal documentation
  • Timeliness and reliability
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, including Excel
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills – written and spoken
  • Ability to work individually as well as in a team
