About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Contract Management Administrator to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for engaging in contract data gathering activities, supporting senior team members, ensuring record retention, and handling basic queries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract data gathering and analysis
  • Supporting senior team members in ad hoc requests and analysis
  • Ensuring record retention and compliance with iCCM processes
  • Handling basic queries and providing documentation upon request
Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need a minimum Bachelor's Degree in Economics, IT, Law, Finance, Administration, or Philology. Additionally, you should possess intermediate-level skills in MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as fluent knowledge of English and Dutch (minimum B2 level).

A keen eye for detail and strong communication skills are essential for success in this position.
