We are seeking a skilled Master Data Specialist to join our Finance team in Cracow. As a key member of the Partner Master Data Team, you will play a vital role in maintaining Customer & Vendor databases.
About the Role
- Verify and correct requests in the MDG system.
- Maintain Master Data records for efficient and accurate Customer and Vendor accounts in all systems within scope.
- Ensure high-quality processed master data requests.
- Daily monitor ServiceNow tickets.
- Provide support and training for stakeholders.
- Create reports on Business Part records from SAP system.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Finance combined with understanding of Master Data.
- SAP S4 and MDG systems knowledge is a strong plus.
- Previous experience in Finance Shared Services for a global company is a strong plus.
- Proficient in business English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong user knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel skills; exposure to accounting tools is a strong plus.
- Customer service orientation and attention to detail.
