We are a leading trading platform that is growing rapidly and seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior Atlassian System Administrator to join our team.

About the Role

As a Senior Atlassian System Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and administering our Atlassian ecosystem, including Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions to ensure secure and efficient access to Jira projects and Confluence spaces.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to users, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
  • Gather requirements, investigate potential solutions, analyze impact, and implement Atlassian solutions to meet business needs.
  • Design, configure, and maintain Jira projects with customized settings to optimize workflow and productivity.
  • Monitor and handle user requests on Atlassian products, adhering to internal policies and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain internal documentation, ensuring accuracy and relevance to system configuration and processes.
  • Review upgrades, identify bug fixes, and evaluate new features applicable to our Atlassian environment, planning and executing upgrades, migrations, and integrations with other tools and systems.
  • Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with security policies and best practices.
  • Manage backup and archiving solutions for Jira and Confluence, ensuring data integrity and availability.
  • Collaborate with teams to understand their requirements and provide solutions using Atlassian tools, promoting seamless integration and efficiency.
  • Create custom reports and dashboards to support business decision-making and optimization.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proficiency in Atlassian administration, including user management, project configuration, and plugin management.
  • Expert knowledge of the Atlassian ecosystem and its dependencies.
  • Strong interpersonal and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Atlassian System Administrator.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Expertise in Automation for Jira, with experience in implementing Jira Service Management solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing competing demands.
