We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Transfer Pricing Specialist to join our team at Flint Group.

About the Role

This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced professional to drive our global transfer pricing documentation process and ensure compliance with OECD guidelines.

Job Description
  • Coordinating the preparation of Master File, Local Files, and benchmarking studies in collaboration with external advisors and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with external advisors on the automation initiative, including scoping, functional interviews, and template preparation.
  • Assisting in the preparation and review of Intercompany Agreements and maintaining the operational transfer pricing model.
  • Providing support in transfer pricing audits globally and contributing to other tax-related projects as needed.
  • Delivering training to Flint departments on transfer pricing matters.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in finance or accounting.
  • At least 4 years of experience in transfer pricing, particularly in coordinating documentation projects for multinational enterprises.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to meet deadlines, and familiarity with OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines.
  • Excellent Excel skills and strong analytical abilities.
  • Very good command of English, especially writing skills.
  • Knowledge of SAP, HFM, and data wrangling tools is an asset.
