Luxoft is looking for a talented Software Development Lifecycle Expert to join our Neo Dev Support team. As a critical team member, you will collaborate closely with development teams, project stakeholders, managers, and end users to maintain high software quality throughout the SDLC.

You will work alongside engineers across multiple locations to contribute to a high-volume, dynamic platform, ensuring its stability and reliability.

Main Responsibilities

  • Environment Stability & Configuration Management - Maintain, configure, and support non-production environments to ensure seamless development and testing processes.
  • Collaboration & Communication - Work closely with development teams, project managers, and business stakeholders to facilitate smooth delivery and high-quality software releases.
  • Deployment & Automation - Utilize tools and best practices to optimize deployment pipelines, ensuring fast, automated, and reliable delivery of business functionality.
  • Incident Resolution & Troubleshooting - Identify and resolve issues within development environments to minimize disruptions and improve efficiency.
  • Continuous Improvement - Contribute to the enhancement of existing processes, identifying opportunities for automation and performance optimization.

Key Skills

  • 6+ years experience in application support ticket-based role
  • Strong Python programming skills
  • Familiarity with Application Performance Monitoring (APM) tools like Splunk
  • Linux operating system expertise
  • IP networking knowledge
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle pressure during outages and systematically resolve issues
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Results-driven approach with strong accountability
  • A proactive, motivated attitude
  • The ability to operate with urgency and prioritize work accordingly
  • A structured and logical approach to work
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to perform well in a pressurized environment

  • Able to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical persons at all levels
  • Troubleshooting Java applications
  • Azure cloud computing experience
