About the Role

As a Senior Nodejs Developer at Capgemini Polska, you will play a leading role in shaping the development of modern applications for external clients using Node.js technology. Your expertise will be instrumental in creating innovative solutions based on design and architectural patterns, leveraging techniques like DevOps, Domain-Driven Design, Behavior-Driven Development, TDD, and "Infrastructure as a Service / Code".

Your Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of developers in the creation of cutting-edge applications;
  • Develop and maintain Node.js-based applications, ensuring high quality and performance;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions, applying Agile methodologies and best practices;
  • Contribute to the development of the team's technical expertise, sharing knowledge and expertise with colleagues;
  • Ensure the implementation of robust, scalable, and maintainable software solutions.
Your Profile
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience as a JavaScript/TypeScript developer;
  • Practical experience in developing software in JS/TS technology on the backend (Node.js, Express);
  • Familiarity with SOLID principles and CLEAN CODE guidelines;
  • Ability to write effective unit tests and integrate them into the development process;
  • Knowledge of Unix, Linux, GitHub, and Bitbucket technologies;
  • Experience in designing REST/GraphQL interfaces and databases using SQL, Oracle, MS SQL Server, and PostgreSQL;
  • Familiarity with NoSQL database solutions (e.g., MongoDB) is a plus;
  • Knowledge of cloud solutions (e.g., AWS, Terraform) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes);
  • Fluency in English;
  • Familiarity with German is a plus;
  • Knowledge of Front-End technologies: Angular, React, Vue, is appreciated.
