As a Marketing Associate Manager, you'll play a vital role in supporting the development and management of marketing materials, collaborating with the International Marketing team to promote and educate physicians and patients on the Oncotype DX test.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop marketing collateral and materials in close collaboration with Marketing and other stakeholders.
  • Execute tactical marketing plans, including customer segmentation, business trends, market opportunities, and content development.
  • Develop and execute patient education content in close collaboration with medical affairs and other stakeholders.
  • Engage with advertising agencies to deliver high-quality assets, including creative direction and content for print and digital collateral, PR, social media, and promotional materials.
  • Maintain campaign metrics dashboards to measure the effectiveness of marketing activities.
  • Support market research programs to provide key market insights and actionable business outcomes.
  • Maintain product expertise and technical and clinical data associated with the Precision Oncology portfolio.
  • Uphold company mission and values through accountability, innovation, integrity, quality, and teamwork.
  • Support and comply with the company's Quality Management System policies and procedures.
  • Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
  • Act with an inclusion mindset and model these behaviors for the organization.
  • Travel 20% of working time away from work location, may include overnight/weekend travel.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, biology, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing and/or sales functions, with a strong track record of performance.
  • Fluent in English. Knowledge of Japanese, German, and other European languages is a plus.
  • Experience in a highly regulated environment.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Oncology market experience.
  • Sales experience is a plus.
