About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Specialist to join our Global IT team at Arla. As the Generative AI Platform Owner, you will play a pivotal role in defining the vision and strategy for our generative AI platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for the generative AI platform in collaboration with enterprise architects and technical platform architects.
  • Prioritize the backlog based on business value, stakeholder input, and technical feasibility, and gather and refine requirements for new features and improvements.
  • Communicate the platform's vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders, and collaborate with development, data science, and operations teams.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the platform's success, and ensure that the platform is intuitive and enjoyable for developers.
  • Stay updated on market trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices, and establish a continuous feedback loop.
  • Request funding and manage the budget, and allocate resources effectively.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Deep understanding of AI technologies, algorithms, and tools, and proficiency in programming languages like Python.
  • Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Azure, and knowledge of data storage, databases, and data processing techniques.
  • Expertise in cybersecurity practices, and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and automation tools.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
