Sr. Manager FP&A Pepco and Store Expenses

As a highly skilled Group Sr. FP&A Manager, your responsibilities will encompass planning, budgeting, forecasting, performance reporting, and decision-support analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning & Forecasting: Manage budgeting, forecasting, and five-year planning for Pepco and store expenses, guaranteeing accurate processes, specifying key variables, and reconciling results. Team up with the FP&A department and Commercial Finance to create board presentations.
  • Month-End Reporting : Participate in the compilation of month-end financial reports for Pepco, ensuring clarity regarding fiscal performances and crucial business metrics. Contribute to drafting the corporate financial statements.
  • Financial Reporting & Analysis: Provide actionable insights via timely reports and analytical tools, informing informed decision-making. Serve as a trusted advisor to executives, contributing valuable expertise.
  • Business Performance Analysis: Conduct thorough analyses of financial and operational metrics to gauge progress relative to established KPIs. Attend critical meetings with the leadership team to address challenges and implement strategies for enhanced productivity.
  • Financial Modelling: Establish and maintain advanced models for long-term planning, risk assessment, and scenario modeling to facilitate evidence-based choices.
  • Team Leadership: Fosters a collaborative environment within the team characterized by shared accountability, open communication, and constant skill enhancement. Guides junior colleagues through coaching and mentoring.
  • Group-Wide Collaboration: Supports various departments including investor relations, strategy, and others by providing expert services as needed and establishing lasting connections with key stakeholders.
  • Systems & Process Improvement: Advances the financial planning system by promoting high-quality standards and integrating emerging technologies like artificial intelligence into the finance area.
