Job DescriptionThis role identifies and researches prospective customers who may be of strategic importance to the organization. The candidate will apply detailed product knowledge to negotiate prices and delivery times within established limits of authority to close sales processes. Key responsibilities include managing an existing portfolio of distributors, searching for new distributors, supporting end-users, negotiating prices and delivery times, and coaching and supporting other account managers.
Key Competencies- Minimal secondary school with a technical/engineering focus; degree in engineering, business, or related technical subject preferred.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in active sales in the field, focusing on technical or industrial products.
- Proficiency in Polish and English (B2) for daily business communication; other languages would be an advantage, especially Russian.
- Basic PC skills: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
