Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled German Speaking Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Wrocław, Poland. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of cash allocation, cash management, credit management, and AR master data management.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Process full cycle of cash allocation, cash management, credit management, and AR master data management.
- Maintain credit limits for each customer in the system, complying with Credit Insurance company and Bank Guarantees.
- Apply and check credit limits.
- Review and release daily delivery blocks.
- Daily monitoring of payments.
- Collect all outstanding items due on assigned accounts.
- Manage disputes and discrepancies.
- Prepare various credit and collection documentation.
- Perform other receivables activities, such as invoices/credit notes checks, recharges, collections calls, and dunning preparation.
- Reconcile and analyze account balances during month-end process.
- Interact with customers regarding Accounts Receivable financial documents.
- Support internal control testing and prepare relevant documentation.
- Support the transition of local AR processes to the service center.

Your Qualifications
- Master's degree in economics or business administration with a major in accounting.
- Proficient in business German and English.

- Demonstrating a good understanding of financial accounting, reporting, and internal control is an advantage.
- Previous experience in a Financial Shared Services for a global company is an asset.

- Experience in supporting process transitions.
- Willingness for international travel activities.
- Extensive knowledge of MS Office.
