Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

The Client Analyst is responsible for gathering and analyzing data from various sources to identify insights and trends for stakeholders. This involves using statistical tools and methods to process and interpret large datasets and creating visualizations comprehensible to a broad audience. They collaborate closely with the working team and stakeholders to convert raw data into valuable insights.
Key Responsibilities
Design and maintain intuitive, user-friendly, and visually compelling dashboards that provide real-time insights into client operational data.
Design, develop, and implement innovative analytics reports tailored to specific business needs. Ensure reports are user-friendly, actionable, and aligned with organisational objectives.
Ensure all dashboards and reports maintain a strong client focus.
Continuous collaboration with Operational Client Relationship Managers (OCRM) to ensure dashboards and reports reflect key metrics and insights important for their service reviews with clients.
Regularly monitor and track KPIs to evaluate progress toward business goals.
Track and monitor performance of operational teams against clients' portfolio.
Drive the efficiency of routine tasks by identifying opportunities for automation and process streamlining.
Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date data dictionaries and related documentation.
Identify gaps and opportunities in operational data and processes for continuous improvement.
