As a Community Engagement Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting our organization's commitment to creating a culture of belonging and respect. This position involves working closely with the Program Manager to execute and deploy our Global Community Engagement Program.

Key Responsibilities
  • DEI Champion: You will serve as a knowledge source and champion of DEI, culture, and employee engagement, providing expert advice and support to stakeholders.
  • DEI Program Support: You will assist in the execution of key initiatives and monthly programming, ensuring that our program is aligned with our strategic objectives.
  • Event Coordination: You will organize Global Community Engagement Program events, including speaker scheduling, training sessions, virtual platform hosting, logistics, budgeting, and administrative support.
  • Administrative Support: You will handle documentation, invoicing, and expense tracking for program initiatives and ERGs, ensuring that all necessary records are maintained.
  • Communications & Content Development: You will support the creation and distribution of related communications, such as email invitations, newsletters, and internal announcements, in partnership with our communications team.
  • Stakeholder Relationships: You will provide administrative support to regional Leads, ERG Leaders, HR Leaders, Communications, and other stakeholders to facilitate program engagement.
  • Performance Metrics: You will report on performance metrics across the DEI program, create surveys for employee feedback, and develop the program continuously.
  • Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG): You will support the senior manager with ESG reporting.
  • Vendor Management: You will manage contracts, vendor management, finance, and legal approvals, submit requests, ensure timely contract processing, and onboard new vendors and external partners.
