Job Summary

  • We seek an experienced supplier auditor to join our team, responsible for ensuring that our suppliers meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough audits of suppliers, assessing their processes against VDA 6.3, VW FQF, and IATF 16949 quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive supplier performance improvements and resolve quality-related issues.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers, ensuring open communication and proactive issue resolution.
  • Prepare detailed audit reports, highlighting areas for improvement and providing actionable recommendations.
  • Support the qualification of new suppliers and participate in supplier selection processes.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in supplier auditing, preferably within the automotive industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of quality management systems and continuous improvement processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex quality systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with international teams.
  • Willingsness to travel frequently (up to 70% of the time) across Europe, Asia, and the USA.
