About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Influencer Marketing Manager to join our team in Romania. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing Metapic's influencer marketing business in the region.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Romanian market, including cultural preferences, trends, and competitor analysis. They will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with influencers, as well as developing and executing marketing campaigns to achieve KPIs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Managing and coordinating campaigns to ensure timely execution and budget optimization.
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with influencers to drive engagement and revenue growth.
  • Developing and executing marketing strategies to acquire new clients and expand the influencer portfolio.
  • Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and enhancing processes to increase revenue and profitability.

Requirements:

  • Fleuent Romanian speaker (native level).
  • Strong command of the English language.
  • Higher education (bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a master's degree).
  • Minimum 2 years of office work experience.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and influencers in Romania.
  • General understanding of marketing and advertising principles.
