Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our Roche Informatics division. As a key member of our global team, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions and managing new requirements and incidents for existing applications.

In this role, you'll lead the Service Delivery team, including managing contractors, and work closely with Product Managers and/or business stakeholders to develop strategic technical roadmaps aligned with product roadmaps and lifecycle management strategies.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • You will play multiple delivery management roles: Service Manager, Product Owner, Project Manager or Scrum Master, depending on the needs and personal development interest.
  • You will manage the Service Delivery team, including contractors.
  • You will be responsible for delivering solutions and managing new requirements and incidents for existing applications.
  • You will be responsible for the strategic technical roadmap aligned with the product roadmap, landscape and lifecycle management strategy, working closely with the Product Managers and/or business stakeholders.

Your Profile:

  • Previous experience in coordinating the work of a software development team.
  • Experience in working with virtual/dispersed project/service teams.
  • Knowledge of Service Management and/or Project Management methodologies.
  • Experience within Agile ways of working, certification as a plus.
  • Experience in ERP business area or SAP technology will be an advantage.
  • Ability to develop relationships with people originating from various cultures.
  • Ability to decompose problems and find the best solutions.
  • Continuous improvement mindset.
  • Ability to influence, persuade and negotiate in English.
