Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our human resources department, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality recruitment services to support the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in line with business needs.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and develop job descriptions.
  • Source, screen, and select candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and referrals.
  • Manage the recruitment process from initial application to onboarding, ensuring timely and seamless transitions.
