In this role, you'll design, implement, and manage customer loyalty programs that drive engagement and retention. Your expertise will help us understand customer needs, develop targeted solutions, and measure program success.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive loyalty strategies to drive customer engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine and optimize loyalty programs based on customer feedback.
  • Analyze customer data to inform loyalty program decisions and identify areas for improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless program implementation.
  • Manage budgets and resources to deliver successful loyalty initiatives.

Requirements:

  1. University degree in business, marketing, economics, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience in loyalty program management or customer retention, including execution of retention strategies and loyalty programs within agencies or retail/FMCG.
  3. Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
  4. Strong analytical and project management skills, with experience using loyalty and data analysis tools like Open Loyalty and Google Analytics.
