About The Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Support Specialist Lead to join our team at Taskrabbit. In this role, you will play a crucial part in creating a seamless and exceptional experience for every individual, whether it's a Client, Tasker, or Partner.

Key Responsibilities:

Insight/Metrics Driven:
  • Understand customer needs and preferences through direct interactions and feedback.
  • Use feedback to make informed decisions aimed at improving customer satisfaction.
  • Spot trends in customer inquiries and behaviour to better anticipate their needs.

We require:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex issues.
  • Fluency in English and French is required.
