About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Data Scientist to join our team at Allegro Ads, working on cutting-edge Machine Learning projects for our advertising system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Influence the development of our Ads products and improve customer experience through the creation of advanced Machine Learning solutions.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to design and train Machine Learning models that meet strategic needs and align with business vision.
  • Work closely with Product Analysts to design and conduct A/B tests for new Machine Learning solutions, measuring their impact on key product metrics.
  • Deploy models to production and manage their lifecycle, ensuring high performance and diagnosing any issues in collaboration with Machine Learning Engineers and Software Engineers.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • A degree in statistical/mathematical modeling, such as Mathematics, Physics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in data science with a proven track record of successfully launching models to production.
  • A deep understanding of statistical and Machine Learning methods.
  • Experience working with large-scale models and data processing techniques.
  • Familiarity with Advertising technology and business principles is an advantage.
  • The ability to translate complex business challenges into ML problems and tackle them using innovative approaches.
  • Excellent communication skills, enabling you to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency in Python and experience with development tools.
  • An advanced knowledge of SQL programming.
  • Fluency in English (at least B2 level).
Salary and Benefits

Our estimated annual salary for this position is around €60,000 - €80,000, depending on your experience and qualifications. We also offer a range of benefits, including an annual bonus up to 10% of your annual salary, a selection of fringe benefits, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
