About This Role

We are seeking a skilled IT Systems Engineer to join our team as a Data Center Network Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for building and operating a distributed, enterprise-scale, high-availability data center network infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include maintaining network infrastructure, operating systems, and software as needed, leveraging automation to streamline processes. You will also coordinate troubleshooting processes for complex problems in collaboration with external vendors and internal interfaces.

About Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a scalable and secure data center network infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that meet business needs.
  • Monitor network system state in compliance with current capacity plan guidelines.

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced IT Systems Engineer with a strong background in enterprise-grade data center networks. You should have at least 2 years of experience in enterprise environments and be familiar with data center networks, such as Cisco ACI. Your ability to work independently and as part of a global distributed team is essential. Industry-recognized network and security certifications, such as CCNA or CCNP, are desirable. Proficiency in Ansible or other network automation tools is also a plus. Language skills in English and German are a plus.
