Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team that runs multi-country payroll processing from offshore.
- Oversee and direct payroll procedures, ensuring compliance with laws and tax obligations.
- Research and interpret payroll laws to ensure compliance.
- Ensure timely and accurate payment of employees' salaries and benefits.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in BPO or professional services with 6-8 years of global payroll processing experience.
- Knowledge of French at least B2 level.
- Graduate degree in any stream.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in managing invoicing and billing.
- Good experience in coordinating with customers and vendors for payroll inputs and validation.
- Computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook).
