About This Role

This Purchasing Role involves sourcing and negotiating with suppliers to meet the operational requirements of our clients. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in purchasing and excellent communication and analytical skills.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing and Negotiation: Support on purchasing goods, materials, and services in line with specified cost, quality, and delivery targets.
  • Guidance and Best Practices: Provide guidance on how to purchase goods, materials, components, or services in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Contract Management: Ensure compliance to company guidelines and purchasing policies during supplier negotiations and contracts award process.
  • Supplier Evaluation: Assess and evaluate suppliers to ensure contract compliance and manage performance improvement activities.
  • Purchase Order Preparation: Monitor preparation of purchase orders in line with final negotiations with selected suppliers and organizational targets.
Requirements:
  • Negotiation and Relationship Building: Experience in building and maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Purchasing Expertise: Proven purchasing experience minimum 3 years.
  • Communication and Analytical Skills: Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Time Management and Organization: Ability to prioritize tasks, highly organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Language Skills: Upper-intermediate English and Spanish (B2) language proficiency.
