Job Description

As an EMEA Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

Your Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire recruiting process from A to Z in cooperation with international Hiring Managers across Europe, Middle East & Africa region, with primary focus on Italy and Middle East and Africa countries.
  • Be responsible for advising and coaching hiring managers on the best recruitment approach and working closely with the responsible HR partners.
  • Search for and develop state-of-art market-driven recruiting strategies.
  • Proactively source and pipeline candidates to support business needs.
  • Ensure a positive candidate and Hiring Manager experience.
  • Participate in local, European, and global projects.
About You
  • You have successfully completed studies (Bachelor or Master), ideally with a focus on human resources or business.
  • You have a high affinity for IT systems (MS Office applications, recruiting management systems, etc.).
  • You can demonstrate fluent French and English skills (must have).
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary range of €45,000 - €65,000 per year, depending on experience.

Location

This role can be successful both in a hybrid and remote setup. Occasional travel may be required.
