Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced R&D Electrical Engineer to contribute to the development of our liquid-filled distribution transformers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and supervising the manufacturing and testing of prototypes.

Main Responsibilities:
* Develop innovative electrical designs for distribution transformers to meet challenging technical requirements
* Define Design of Experiments for validating proposed solutions
* Lead the execution of R&D projects to ensure performance, time, and cost expectations are met
* Document project progress and derive design rules from validated solutions
* Protect validated solutions by applying IP protection
* Provide technical support to factories, salespeople, and customers

Requirements:
* MSc in Electrical Engineering or similar
* Experience in electrical design of transformers (nice to have)
* Advanced knowledge of magnetic, dielectric, and/or thermal design
* Background in use of electrical FEM simulation
* Strong project management skills and English proficiency
