Fund Accounting Transformation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Fund Accounting Transformation Specialist to join our team at State Street. As a key member of our EMEA Transformation team, you will play a critical role in driving process automation, technology adoption, and process remodeling initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the review of expenses setup to identify opportunities for improvement
- Work closely with clients to provide new solutions and drive process remodeling initiatives
- Review documentation on processes, procedures, and controls to evaluate their effectiveness
- Liaise with internal clients and supporting departments to obtain key inputs for expense standardization and transformation
- Participate in the development, testing, and implementation of new functionalities within Expense Manager and Standard Expense Tool
- Support and communicate with other expense groups, including Central Expense Team and Fund Expense Administration
- Collect data and feedback from Fund Accounting in various country groups
- Demonstrate technical expertise and problem-solving skills
- Prepare training materials for expense processing teams
- Implement Standard Controls and recommend procedural changes to improve expense processing and reconciliation
- Retire macros
- 2+ years of experience in Fund Accounting
- Expertise in Expense Manager
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Word and Excel
- Fluent English language skills
- Permanent contract of employment from day one
