About the Role and Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales and business development efforts in the Polish public transport sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for expanding our customer base, driving revenue growth, and building strong relationships with transit agencies, municipalities, and transport operators.
Some key responsibilities include:
- Drive the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing deals.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow the company's footprint in the Polish public transport sector.
- Identify and engage potential clients, including public transport operators, municipalities, government agencies, and corporations driving green initiatives.
- Conduct market research to understand customer pain points, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Presentation and demonstration of SaaS solutions to key stakeholders, highlighting value propositions and ROI.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, fostering trust and brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions to customer requirements and ensure smooth implementation.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and insights to senior management.
This is a hybrid position, meaning it's a plus if you live close to Łódź, but we're open to candidates living further away who feel this role aligns with their passions and skills.
