The Advisors Creative Desk sits within D&S and is responsible for developing engaging, forward-thinking content solutions that connect our advertising partners, platforms, and portfolio of brands.

About the Role

  1. We're seeking an experienced Creative Lead to lead the visual design direction for creative projects across platforms, ensuring consistency with our brand identity and values.
  2. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, copywriters, and project managers, to deliver compelling designs that engage and resonate with our target audience.
  3. Maintain quality, accuracy, and consistency of content and design across all mediums by ensuring all output is checked and errors are minimized.
  4. Evaluate creative assignments and time allocation needed for specific creative delivery.
  5. You'll be responsible for the production of creative materials and agreed deadlines.
  6. Presentation of brand creative concepts to marketing teams.
  7. Develop creative guidelines to ensure consistency of brand and creative across all mediums.
  8. Optimize graphic elements and imagery by resizing or adapting.
  9. Stay up-to-date on the latest graphic design techniques.
  10. Learn about different cultures and preferences.

Your Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
  2. Minimum 10 years of experience in art direction, creative design, or advertising, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative vision.
  3. Team management & people management experience.
  4. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Figma, or other design tools. HTML5 skills are a plus.
  5. Solid understanding of UX/UI principles, responsive design, accessibility standards, and mobile-first design principles.
  6. Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, layout, color theory, and composition.
  7. Strong conceptual thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate ideas effectively.
  8. Experience working collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  9. Knowledge of print production processes, digital design best practices, and experience with motion graphics or video production is a plus.
  10. Collaborative mindset and effective communication skills.
  11. Language requirement: professional proficiency in English, local language (Polish), any other language is a plus.
