About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an Employee Assistance Specialist to join our team in Gdańsk, Poland.

The successful candidate will be responsible for reintegrating employees on long-term sick leave, primarily those hired in Germany, in accordance with company integration management policies and legal requirements.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Independently support employees on long-term sick leave via phone, chat, and case management tools.
  2. Conduct confidential discussions with individual employees to address their concerns and needs.
  3. Collaborate with internal departments, including operation teams, works council, HR, safety, HR Business Partner, and Payroll team.
  4. Maintain accurate records and monitor progress for individual integration cases.
  5. Ensure legally compliant documentation and management of individual integration cases.
  6. In complex situations, consult and involve external service providers as necessary.
Requirements

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • Excellent command of English and German languages.
  • Experience in HR operations within a Shared Service Center environment (beneficial but not required).
  • A strong understanding of the employee life cycle.
  • High level of empathy to communicate effectively with employees and support them in challenging situations.
